Prohibited Items and Restricted Items
Customer agrees not to purchase, send, deliver, or cause to be delivered to LinkNship any prohibited, illegal, hazardous, restricted, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, or export-controlled item.
Customer is solely responsible for confirming that each item may legally be received, stored, handled, exported from the United States, transported by the selected carrier, and imported into the destination country.
LinkNship does not accept prohibited items, including but not limited to illegal drugs, marijuana, THC products, weapons, firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, hazardous materials, flammable products,
aerosols, certain batteries, alcohol, tobacco, vape products, prescription medication, counterfeit goods, stolen goods, cash, currency, perishables, live animals, plants, seeds,
restricted wildlife products,and any item prohibited by law, carrier rules, customs rules, export regulations, or the destination country.
Some items may require review before being accepted or shipped, including but not limited to electronics with batteries, liquids, cosmetics, supplements,
food products, medical devices, drones, surveillance products, high-value items, luxury goods, and vehicle parts that may contain fuel, oil, fluids, batteries, airbags, pressurized gas, chemicals, or hazardous materials.
LinkNship reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to open, inspect, photograph, measure, weigh, repackage, refuse, hold, return, dispose of, or surrender any package or item when necessary for safety,
compliance, carrier requirements, customs requirements, export-control review, fraud prevention, fee calculation, or policy enforcement.
If LinkNship determines that an item is prohibited, restricted, unsafe, improperly declared, suspected counterfeit, export-controlled, or otherwise unsuitable for shipment,
LinkNship may refuse the shipment, return the item to the seller, request additional documentation, hold the item, dispose of the item if legally required,
surrender the item to the carrier, customs, law enforcement, or other authorities, or take any action required by law, carrier policy, customs rules, safety requirements, or LinkNship policy.
Customer is responsible for all costs related to prohibited, restricted, hazardous, improperly declared, or unapproved items, including but not limited to return shipping,
storage, handling, disposal, administrative fees, carrier fees, customs fees, penalties, compliance costs, and any other related expense.
LinkNship is not liable for seizure, confiscation, delay, loss, damage, penalties, fines, non-delivery, return, disposal, or additional costs caused by prohibited,
restricted, hazardous, counterfeit, improperly declared, export-controlled, or illegal items.
Approval to receive, review, process, or quote an item does not guarantee that the item can be exported, imported, or delivered.
Final shipment eligibility may depend on the carrier, service type, item details, packaging, customs rules, export-control laws, sanctions regulations, and destination-country import laws.
Customer agrees that all item descriptions, values, quantities, links, and declarations provided to LinkNship must be accurate and complete.
Customer is responsible for any consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, false, or misleading information.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse shipments.
- Return items.
- Dispose of prohibited goods.
